Booking terms conditions<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. To secure your booking a deposit of 50% is required within 7 days of the definite booking.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. The remaining amount is due 60 days prior to arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Bookings made 30 days or less prior to arrival: full payment is required within 7 days of definite booking, or on arrival if the booking is less than 7 days prior to arrival.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Payments can be made by bank transfer into our account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. All bank charges incurred for Bank Transfer transaction will be borne by the hirer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. A security deposit of \u20ac300 is required for the villa. The deposit will be requested by the villa-manager on arrival and refunded on the day of departure. In case of damage to the villa, the cost of the repairs will be deducted from your deposit. Or the deposit can be done by banktransfer. In that case the money will be paid back by bank transfer as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to arrival: the deposit of 50% will not be refunded.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival are subject to a complete forfeiture of the final payment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. There is no refund if guests arrive later or leave earlier than the original arrival\/departure date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. We confirm all cancellations. If you do not receive a written confirmation it means that we have not received your cancellation, and are still holding a booking and will charge accordingly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. Bookings are final after confirmation and the receipt of your deposit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. Final payments are non refundable. We recommend cancellation insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. Check in time is from 4PM <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. Check out time is 10AM<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. Late check out is possible if no other guests arrive on that day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. For a late check out until 2PM we charge 50% of the nightly rate; after 2PM will charge full nightly rate.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. We don\u2019t accept any responsibility for damage to your personal belongings or injuries during your stay at our villa. You stay with us completely at your own risk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. In case there is an official travel ban to travel from your country to Greece there will be NO cancellation fee and you will receive a voucher to book a stay with us on another date. This voucher is unlimited in time.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
